Terms of the consultation request

1. What the request is. By sending the form you ask for a first medical assessment of whether a GLP-1-based therapy could be suitable for you. The request is free of charge and does not oblige you to anything.

2. What it is not. The request is not an order, not a purchase and not a treatment contract. No medicine is reserved, sold or sent as a result of it. This website takes no payments.

3. Medical decision. Whether a therapy is offered is decided solely by a physician of the clinic, who may ask for further information, a consultation or examinations, and may decline without giving reasons. The clinic may also conclude that another treatment or no treatment is appropriate.

4. Cost estimate. If a therapy can be considered, the clinic sends a written cost estimate for the whole course. It is an offer that you may accept or ignore; a treatment contract arises only when you accept it in the form the clinic specifies, and it is then governed by the clinic's treatment terms, not by this page.

5. Your information. You confirm that the information you give is true and complete to your knowledge, that you are at least 18 years old and that you request the assessment for yourself. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to a wrong assessment.

6. No emergency service. This website and the request form are not monitored for urgent matters. In an emergency, contact your doctor or the emergency services.

7. Withdrawal. You may withdraw your request at any time by email to ; it is then deleted as described in the privacy notice.

8. Applicable law. These terms are governed by the law of , without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
